Description

The Germany demo site, Bode river basin, is a vast inland area covering 3,300 km2 located in central Europe area. It is characterized by a mild temperate and dry winter climate. The site is home to a significant drinking water reservoir and faces challenges such as droughts and deforestation. The main objectives of the OurMED project at this site are to improve water quantity and quality, as well as address the deterioration of water bodies.
